HAUL OF BANDS

In one fail swoop last week I crossed paths with 3 exciting and inspiring bands, a rare occurrence that I am very grateful for. My music collection mainly consists of masses of new electronic music and classic indie bands from back in the day, the music scene is littered with electronic and synth based groups and artists so normally I have to set aside an afternoon to hunt for new bands that use guitars and real drum kits, so refreshing was it to stumble upon these works of art by accident!

Climbing Boys

I have written a review about their debut EP for Scientists of Sound which can be found HERE. Post punk - pop fusion London based band are really worth keeping an eye on.

Fletcher

This Chicago three piece have managed to take a mass of influences from a wide spectrum of artists through genres and decades to create something very unique, they could easily be compared to The Arctic Monkeys, Pink Floyd and Mystery Jets in one track alone.

Soda Fabric

This Atlantis based band have a beachy pop approach whilst still holding onto an air of punk with their chanting choruses. They have the latest single 'Swim' available for free download HERE.
